Postpartum hive

My second LO was born 3/20/24 a day after i started getting itchy all over my belly where my stretch mark are and now it been a week and it spread to my thighs and back and on my boob. I haven’t been getting much sleep due to trying to be with my first LO who’s 2years old and trying to breastfeed on demand for my second LO. My husband run a wholesale clothing business so it cant take any break but does help when he can. I just feel like I’m drowning in stress and no sleep. When do these hives go away?
