Sick from moldy garlic?

I was opening up a garlic bulb today and the inside had black specks all over it. I had never seen this before and continued to open the garlic. it was about 5 inches from my face because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. of course I go to Dr. Google and learn that it is black mold! Apparently it can cause you to become sick if you breathe it in which now I’m having a fear that I did. I am currently 14 weeks pregnant.
