Does this sound like a relationship/dating?

So I met the guy I’m in reference to about 5 months ago at my job and we kicked it off from there. Fast forward I got pregnant but had a MC. He was really supportive the entire time and never left my side. He works 24/7 so he pretty much lives at work and he doesn’t have his own place he doesn’t go home at all, he’s a caregiver. So he stays there. Whenever he gets the chance which is every week unless he’s out of town, he lets me come over and we spend the entire night together. He used to pick me up from work, he has taken me out once. We talk all the time and he told me he has feelings for me and we’ve both made it clear we don’t want each other talking to anyone else.

He has mentioned he wants to get an apartment together and he wouldn’t mind trying for another baby. He told me that we can start trying whenever I’m ready but that it was no rush. Whenever he has problems or something is on his mind, he calls me to vent. And I listen.

Does this sound like a relationship ?

Edit - he does keep his clothing etc at someone’s house and pays a portion of rent to do so. Also the only reason he doesn’t have a place is because he works too much and would never be there. So it’s a waste of money.
