Extreme postpartum hair loss

Look….i know hair loss is to be expected. I had my first in 2019 and lost like a 1/3 of my volume. But this time around is insane and don’t know how to combat this.

I had my girl in November, my hair started falling out in the last few weeks but now it’s extreme. I run my fingers through my hair and huge clods come out. When I shower, I put loose hairs on the wall so they don’t clog the drain and the wall is covered. Always have hairs in my crack too 😑 I have literal bald spots in several places. when will this end?
