can this lead to pregnancy

so me and my bf took a shower together. we didn’t have sex just because i don’t think it’s worth the risk however (and please don’t call me stupid i’m just curious) when we got out he was on top of me while i was finishing myself off, and i felt what im pretty sure was precum (because we had already been dry) dripping on the back of my hand. it wasn’t a lot kinda like two drops of water. and i kept going however i don’t know if he dripped more and if he did and it got on my vagina could it lead to pregnancy?
