Endo pain

Hi friends I wanted to share my new found appreciation for tens units.

I have been diagnosed with endo since I was 13 and puking from the pain. I was scrolling through Pinterest the other day and it said a tens unit may help with the pain. I was in so much pain I couldn’t walk 20 mins ago but I am up and cleaning the house as I type this while i have the tens unit strapped to my hip. Hope this helps! Disclaimer: Idk what stage I am the dr still hasn’t found that out. So idk if it’ll work for the higher stages.
