So we have a few boys whom have been coming over to play with my kids recently. Everyone has been very respectful and friendly. Today 3 of the 5 boys left to go to McDonalds. One of them came back and told my children that the boy he left with was saying how much he hates our family, how he’s been using us for the trampoline, and how he wished we were all dead.

This was an absolute shock to me because I had no idea he even felt that way about us…. Today I found out he’s been kicked out of school since the beginning for bringing a gun to school and threatening to shot another kid. 😬 I would have never thought this sweet, quiet boy had such a violent side to him.

I told the kids that are still here that I don’t feel comfortable with them being around my kids anymore. They asked why…. Well… you just told me this kid yall are friends with hates my whole family, even me, and wants us all dead. 😦 I always wondered why he would stare at me awkwardly. I never thought he had any ill feelings, just that he was nervous.

Anyways, I told the kid who told us that if I find out he’s lying about it at all, he would not be allowed back over, and that I’d be talking to everyone and their families because now I feel like my kids safety is at risk.

I’m not even sure how to feel about this… on one hand, this is a 4th grader. We all know how some kids can tell TALL stories. But on the other hand he was so upset when I asked if he was telling the whole truth.

The boys brother was also outside during this entire conversation (he’s slow) and had some really violent moments according to him with his brother, said child.
