TTC PCOS

After 4 miscarriages we finally decided to see a fertility specialist. I was told I have PCOS. My HSG was normal (no blocked tubes) and my husbands semen analysis was normal as well.

Our fertility specialist is recommending Clomid or Letrozole (to help ovulate), adding progesterone (to prevent miscarrying) and IUI.

Has anyone had success with getting pregnant/maintaining it with just the meds without IUI? The cost per IUI is going to be roughly $1,800 not including medications.
