TTC after chemical pregnancy

I know I’m not alone here. I haven’t been trying as long as most but I went off my birth control (Depo) in December of last year. At first we weren’t stressing over it, when it happens it happens type thing. Then I had a weird dream (weird I know lol) and took a test. Had all these positives, shared the news with my family, then 3 days after sharing started bleeding, Then sadly negative test. That was the 3rd of this month. Now I’m obsessing and testing (ovulation) and just crazy. How do you just let it go? Will it happen again? Prayers for everyone struggling.
