Baby acne

Does this look like it could be just baby acne?? I’ll post another picture in the comments of his back, it’s also on his arms. To me, it seems like a lot and gets worse each day. He’s 5 weeks old and I’m exclusively breastfeeding and his stool was tested for blood for a dairy allergy the other day it came back negative. His father and I are becoming concerned and thinking about a trip to the pediatrician over it. To us it also looks worse in person.
