boyfriend keeps asking why my boobs got bigger

I used to be underweight because of an eating disorder, I’m 5’7 and was 108 lbs. I was really flat chested which I didnt even mind. After about a year of recovery I’m 120 lbs and healthier now. My boobs obviously got a little bit bigger and my boyfriend has asked me like 3 times now why and I’ve told him each time because I’m not underweight anymore. But he still keeps asking. It’s making me insecure like he doesn’t like it or something. Does it sound like he’s asking cause he doesn’t like it or? Like you think I got a secret boob job or something? I’m bringing it up next time I see him because I don’t want to have a text conversation about it but idk i feel like he’s asking cause it’s a bad thing or something and it’s making me want to relapse :’)
