Awake windows for 19months old?
And how many hours before bed time? He has started to being crying at bed time when I put him in his cribe so I think maybe his not tired enough?
He only does one nap since he was 12 months. And he was a really good sleeper, but I guess that now his wake windows are different but I can’t figure out.
