I have all the symptoms of preeclampsia except for consistent high blood pressure. Protein in urine and headaches for weeks. I’ve taken diff meds and magnesium for the headaches and was told I have enlarged kidneys. Baby is healthy apparently but I’m feeling worse. I’m always lightheaded and it’s hard to move around. Been having pelvic pain for weeks too and baby is just getting bigger. I got a belly band but I think it’s causes contractions and hurts when I remove it even if it’s not tight. Baby is lower and head down I believe. Swelling is mild and goes away if I put my feet up. Idk I was so sick with HG last pregnancy I couldn’t feel much else so maybe I’m just fixated on all these diff symptoms. Doctors aren’t concerned because my bp doesn’t get above 140/80 when we check. It spikes sometimes though and stays around 120/65 for the most part. I’ve been contracting with false labor the past two days and they’re staying irregular so I’m mainly just uncomfortable at this point. I’m at 33 weeks currently and so ready to meet our baby but worried they’re missing something…
