Fasting blood sugar?

Hi im testing my blood sugar , i can mostly control my day levels but my fasting have been tough. Not crazy high but like 96/96 sometimes 95. Any tips for that? Today my last meal was at 10 pm and first meal was 8 am. I just pass out at night cuz im so tired from work i dont wake up to eat so idk what can i do? Im almost 30 weeks. Will they give me insulin?

My doctor said 95 or below is good for fasting - I eat early (usually vegis/brown rice/ meat) then an hour to 30 minutes before bed I have a few pieces of cheese and my levels range from 95 to 88 in the morning when I get up

Maybe try eating a little earlier than 10pm and have your last snack or meal be something high in protein.

I have gestational diabetes too. Ive found the later i eat will have a massive effect on my fasting blood reading the following morning. So i try and stick to eating my evening meal around 5.30pm and then having a small snack with a cup of tea around 9pm. My fasting readings are usually anywhere between 4.3 & 4.8 anything under 5.3 is great, (in the uk so ours are read slightly different to usa). Can you adjust when your eating your last evening meal and also what your eating to see if that makes a difference?
