Cramping a sign of labour?
Hey ladies I’m 39+1 first time mum. So far I’ve had no signs so to say and not lost my plug or anything. However all day today I’ve had serious cramps at the bottom of my belly, just like bad period pains. They last for a few minutes and then go and have been on and off constantly all day. As I type they’re making me like wince.
Are these cramps a sign of labour?
