Do antibiotics interfere with birth control ?

Hi.

Ive heard that certain antibiotics interfere with birth control.

Google is saying it does interfere, then it says it doesn’t so I’m unsure.

I am currently taking Rigevidon (generic version of microgynon-30 which I was on for 3 months prior but the doctor swapped it recently), I have been taking this new pill for about 1 week now.

I am taking doxycycline once a day for acne for the next 3 months. I have been on it for about 1 week also,

I take them the same time as my birth control.

Will my antibiotics interfere with my birth control?
