Miscarriage? 6 weeks pregnant.

Question

I have been spotting red and pink for like 2-3 weeks that was getting increasingly more over the last few days. I went in for a 2nd ultrasound and when I went to use the restroom I blead heavily like on my period. I showed them and they completed the ultrasound, but said baby’s heart rate was only 87 and low. I go back in 4 days for another ultrasound and blood work tomorrow. Has this happened to anyone and had a good outcome?

When I was pregnant with my son, I was having pain on my left side. I went to ER to make sure it was not ectopic. He was right where he was supposed to be and his HR was 85. I was 5 weeks at the time too. I did not have any bleeding though. I hope this passes and you and baby are okay. Sending you lots of prayers.
