A little clot 14DPO after HCG of 177

Hi everyone! Yesterday I started having light brown discharge at 13DPO. Went in for my first blood draw and HCG was 177. Since then it's been brown until I went to the bathroom and passed this little clot. After that it was brown.I again. Anyone have this experience? Had a miscarriage in January so really worried this one isn't going to keep either! Not having any big cramping just the usual pregnancy feelings.
