What’s going on with my skin? TMI/gross

I put a baindaid on a zit A WEEK AGO and I noticed this today (correction *the other day*)

It wasn’t burning but it did itch if I touched it. Obviously I wash under my breasts everyday, so I was convinced since this had been there so long that it was an allergic reaction turned yeast? Maybe?

So washed with antibacterial soap, I mixed anti fungal cream with diaper rash cream and put that on after I got out of the shower and this is what it looks like 2 days later

All of that is super dry skin, and it’s raw underneath the dry skin. Should I see a doctor or should I just keep doing what I’m doing?

Doc (urgent care) is out of the question today. Today we are having very bad weather and are under tornado warning so we’re hunkered down.

But if you know what this is, or have any advice I would really appreciate it. I have never ever had this happen.
