May 31st baby will be coming on Friday bcuz of cholestasis of pregnancy

I was diagnosed with cholestasis of pregnancy on Wednesday after a 3 day hospital stay. I’ll have to be induced on Friday at 36 weeks due to all the risk and my liver enzymes and bile acid levels being so high. He already tried coming at 33 weeks, but we were able to stop labor. He most likely tried coming because of this condition, but I didn’t have symptoms at that time so we didn’t know.

My doctor checked me on Thursday and I’m already 4cm dilated so I’m hoping I’ll spontaneously go into labor on my own Thursday night. She will do a membrane sweep on Monday.

This is our 4th baby and we never had any pregnancy complications with our others so I’ve been on edge. All of our other babies were born at 39 weeks and I’ve never been induced. I received steroid shots for his lungs, but I’m nervous about everything 😬
