Pain every single day - Neck & Head
Need any advice recommended to me..
I wake up with a really bad headache;due to my neck pain. Pretty sure it’s the way I sleep..
I just spent $50.00 on a memory foam pillow. Won’t be here for a few days.. any other advice is welcome. I hate this freakin’ pain! 🤕😖😪
