Has anyone experienced vision loss accompanied by a migraine?

It’s starts off by me losing what seems like partial vision in my right eye. It’s as if my peripheral is being blinded by a light. Then once the vision starts to come back I get a migraine only on my left side.

I’ll be 5 weeks PP tomorrow. I experienced this for the first time on Monday and then again right now.

I was thinking eclampsia but I don’t have other symptoms.

I have a doctors appointment next week and I don’t want to go to the ER because I have a baby who is strictly breastfeeding.
