I shower every other day, except if I workout then I shower on days that I workout. But I have extremely dry skin and eczema and if I shower every day my skin gets very dry and cracked and can bleed. Every one is different

I shower every single day without fail. I do everything. Facewash, body, hair, and shave almost every day as well. I have eczema and when I don't shower I get flare ups. My hair also loves the water. I tried the whole every few days thing for a few months a few years ago and it destroyed my hair. Luckily my hair grows fast so I cut most of it off and 6 months later my hair was back to being long, full, and very healthy.

It depends on your environment, lifestyle, genetics. Someone in a colder, drier area would likely shower less than someone in a tropical, humid climate, for instance.
