Suspicious man showed up at my house a few times

So, Monday night my husband and I laid down for bed at 10:30 I tossed and turned a few times and got up to pee. I walked upstairs and in the bathroom I heard a noise outside figured it was my neighbor doing weird shit at 11 pm, until I hear BANG BANG BANG BANG on the back door, I didn’t pee I scurried to the hallway and peeked out the window saw a man with a flashlight screaming HELLLLLLO HELLO HELLO flashlight waving. My back porch light was on (it’s always on) I immediately ran downstairs to the bedroom and woke up my husband. He got up and did nothing except see the guy on the ring camera get on his lawn mower and leave the premises and then my husband went to sleep. I was freaked out. I called the police to make a complaint. Next day talked to our neighbors asking if they heard or had someone come to their door and they said “no”

This incident was less than 6 minutes.

Ever since he’s been acting odd. Earlier the guy across the street was out with his buddies fixing a lawn mower and he kept staring. I asked do you know them? He said nope

He’s been constantly bringing up in the context of how weird it is and hmmmm wonder who he was here for. He was here for someone.

My son mentioned this guy has done this before (new news to me and my husband) 2 months ago when hubby and I were asleep and he was awake this guy would park in the abandoned house straight from ours and flick his headlights on and off and get out of his vehicle and stare at our house for a few minutes, then leave.

I’m so freaked out I’m unsettled I’ve been barely sleeping since the incident. Constantly checking to see if the doors are locked and meanwhile my husband is acting like I did something wrong like I’m the cos of this

Is my husbands behavior on this normal or am I over reacting???
