Implantation bleeding?

Question

I have brown spotting, only when I wipe. I’m about 12-13 dpo. My period was supposed to start today but hasn’t yet. Spotting has been happening for 2 days now. 
I took a couple pregnancy test earlier this week, but they looked like indent lines on them. 
Could this be implantation bleeding? 
Only symptoms I’m having would be considered “normal” pms symptoms..

There’s really not a lot of documented evidence that supports implantation causing vaginal bleeding. There are tons of different causes of spotting or bleeding outside of a period, but given the timeframe, it’s unlikely to be related to anything other than your period. Most women experience some spotting prior to the onset of their flows. It may not happen every time, but it’s certainly normal and common.

Spotting can happen for so many reasons. Its hard to say what is causing the spotting based on how it looks. All spotting is going to look similar regardless of what is causing it. If it is due to implantation you should have a positive pregnancy test in 2 to 3 days.
