Postpartum and late period…

Soooo has anyone gotten pregnant or know someone who has after a tubal that apparently failed?! My twins were born 10/30 and they did a tubal during C-section but a week later I got sepsis and was told they left stuff in me and had to have a d&c - after the C-section and d&c both I had hardly any postpartum bleeding… I was pumping and supplementing with formula up until 2 weeks ago or so when I switched to all formula or freezer stash… I think I ovulated 2 weeks ago cuz I felt the pain a bit and I’ve had 2 small periods of light/spotting bleeding each 3 days long both 3.5 weeks apart and now I’m late 🤪 I know postpartum is weird and wacky too but figured I’d ask cuz after years of infertility and being 39 with twins and a toddler that would be my luck
