Husband does not help with anything… is he right

So my husband works everyday and I woke from home. We have a 1 year old. When he gets home he doesn’t help with anything unless I ask I have to always ask him to take out trash at least etc.

When it comes to our baby he never changes him or anything I always do it and if he does it’s because I insist that he needs to ch age him too.

I know he’s tired out of work but I think he needs to help me too! I have to cook clean work take care of our baby everything and I get tired and when he gets home I have 0 help from him. Even if we are watching tv and he knows baby is where he’s not supposed to or something he does not get up he waits for me. When I shower he literally asks me in 10 min if I’m done like if it’s not his child. Idk what to tell him no more. When we go out too same thing he just sits and relaxes
