Lochia Four Weeks Postpartum

Has anyone else had lochia/discharge that is a variation of dark, bright, and pale yellow?? I have a second degree tear. I stopped bleeding pink/brown discharge last Thursday.

I have been more active around the house this weekend and am cramping a lot now which is scaring me… is this also normal??

My six week appointment is a week from tomorrow. Doctor said my stitches were healing nicely. I had an ultrasound done at 2 weeks to check for retained placenta and fetal products due to my fear of having another postpartum hemorrhage (I had one a few hours after giving birth).
