placental abruption symptoms

Did anyone have a partial or full placental abruption with little to no symptoms? like no bleeding and no pain im worried i may have hurt myself from falling i dont have any pain or bleeding but started leaking colostrum/milk an hour after the fall for the first time this whole pregnancy and it made me think what if the placenta partially detaching could have signaled to my body to start producing milk since when u deliver ur placenta in a normal birth thats what signals u to produce milk i never leaked this much milk this early in my first pregnancy asking yall for ur experiences to see if its even possible to have a a placental abruption with no symptoms because i dont wanna annoy my doctors if im just being worrisome lol
