NEED HELP

Is it normal to experience cramps EVERYDAY for two weeks before a period? I have been having backaches , shoulder pain, breasts are swollen and sore but towards armpit area, having cravings! I took a test it’s negative. But I also took it two days ago and im suppose to get my period in 2 days could I have taken it too early? I’ve had sex everyday during my fertile window ( no condom) n still do. Also I gained so much stomach weight everyone says I look 2 months pregnant. I also have a 4 year old so it’s not my first time. Any thoughts?
