5 month seperated

I been married for 14 years. as a marriage we had had or ups and down i walked away from my marriage due to feeling unappreciated, his priority was always his friends and his brothers. But i also had my issues i was mean at times and cold hearted. been seperated from my husband for few months already. I planned a vacation to the island 3 months after our separation asked him if he will want to go with me and he said yes. Is there still hope for reconciletion?
