Ugh...Graco customer service blows; super stressed.

We found out our baby needed to be seens a few times a week at a specific level 3 nicu for the 1st month after birth. So we had to scramble to.get everything to make a hotel room our home as baby will be discharged but we will do outpatient treatments. Due date/induction is tomorrow. We bought a pack n play with a bassinet from graco so we could have a safe place for baby to sleep. We paid extra for expedited shipping to get it to our house before we had to leave. Graco messed up the order on their end and we did not get it in the 3 weeks we had. They admitted they made the mistake but we got no refund or money back from the extra we paid for shipping. They said we had to cancel our order and reorder. We ordered when they had a sale amd we had a coupon and now it isnt on sale and they would not honor the sale price and coupon is no longer valid so paid $45 extra. Got it today finally at our hotel. Opened the box and the mesh drop down thing that makes the bottom higher for newborns had a huge unstitched area all the way down one side so unusable. The bassinet attatchment is also not the correct one. It doesn't fit and isn't even the same color as the pack n play. Called graco and they wont issue a refund because they claim we could have switched.it and are trying to get money and offered a 10% off coupon to.buy another one. The stitching issue they claim also isnt covered under warranty apparently so cant even send it back for that because we would need to send the entire order back but as the bassinet doesn't match (that they sent us) they wont take it. They said there is a chance it was an unchecked return that they shipped out by mistake but as nobody can prove it there is nothing they can do. So while super stressed and scared and all that my husband is out rushing to find one in a store and the hotel saw me crying and gave us 2 nights stay free to make up for the cost of buying about pack n play. Cant even just buy the parts online to replace them as they said 1 part isn't sold separately period and the other has been out of stock for 3 months and they have zero.idea of restocking but they guess october. So we are out like $245 on gracos mistakes and a ton of stress. Will.be the last time I buy with them. Returning our high chair when we get home and buying another brand...just not gonna deal with them after this. Thank you so much to Days Inn though as they at least cared and have done as much as they can to help us....plus gave us a teddy bear as a baby gift. So good on you days inn....fuck you graco. ** Edit- No there is no Ronald Mcdonald house or anything near us. The hospital doesn't offer anything like that. Only reason we have to stay in a hotel is we live VERY rural so the city is a drive and due to medical staffing there is currently only 1 doctor in our state able to treat newborns. We did attempt to file a chargeback but Chase denied it because we did make the purchase and it is within the terms of an agreement of sale.
