I had a C-section 9 months ago and ever since sex has been really unenjoyable and sometimes super painful. Like agonising to try to even enter. Has anyone else had this or know how to try to solve either problems!

When I say the sex is unenjoyable I mean my partner and I have tried lots and it’s not because I don’t want it or I’m not connected to him but it literally doesn’t ever feel even close to good!

The pain feels very sharp, it starts dull and then as he gets further in it turns to a very sharp pain I cannot go any further with.

I’d love to have a good sex life again and ideally start trying for baby number two in a few months
