I have a 31 lb 2 yr old & a 1 yr old that is 25 lbs & im 26 weeks pregnant, I’ve experienced this as well. Even with my 2 yr old walking, he still throws tantrums and requires to be picked up from time to time. My 1 yr old is not walking, so I have to pick him up all the time. I try to utilize the stroller as much as I can & I listen to my body. If my body hurts and it’s telling me I’m pushing myself too hard, I take a break & sometimes have to get my husband to help (when he’s around obviously). I know it’s difficult ☹️ but the good news is most Drs say it’s safe to lift whatever you were used to lifting prior to pregnancy. Just do your best to listen to your body & do not over exert yourself

I would try to utilize a stroller as much as you can, but a baby carrier might be better for y’all because a proper baby carrier with distribute your baby’s weight between your back & your shoulders.

Why is your one year old that heavy??! Normal range for a 1 year old is less than 25 pounds and for a 2 year old the most a 2 year old should weigh is 32 pounds.
