Anyone know what this could be?

I have an appointment with my primary care doctor on July 15th. I would just like to see if anyone knows what could be going on or had something similar happen to them. For almost a year my lips will not heal, they almost heal from being chapped and then get severely chapped again. Peeling, red, itchy, tingly, cracked etc. Not too long ago these strange thickened discolored patches appeared on each side below my bottom lip. They are itchy and also peel from time to time and won’t seem to go away.
