(I’ve had my kyleena for almost 3 years. At my annual gyno check up in August it was in place)

I’ve had the WORST heartburn the past few weeks (my mom’s main symptom in her pregnancy with me) and I’ve been so irritable and having mood swings. I’ve also gotten compliments that my skin looks glowy and bright. All of these are leading me to think I’m pregnant. (I haven’t had my period in a while due to my extremely irregular periods, but I have lots of spotting recently)

I’m going to take a test soon, but I’m so anxious. Please give advice and t.i.a. 🥹🫶🏻
