They are normally white spots but when I get out of the shower they are red splotches almost. Don’t itch, don’t hurt, aren’t raised or flaky

It looks fungal. Try using Lotrimin on it. It will start clearing it up within two weeks, but you must be using it for a full six weeks to make sure it's gone.

I have something similar on my face and scalp. Its called seborrheic dermatitis. Thats not to say thats what you have. It could also be eczema or ringworm as well. Make an appointment with a dermatologist and they will be able to help you diagnose what it exactly is and give you the correct treatment for it.
