Trying for baby #2 ?

My baby’s first birthday is in a week and my husband and I are talking about going for this again. It took us about 3 months of trying the first time, who knows what would happen the next time. My best friends wedding is in April, so let’s just say we get lucky (HA) and got pregnant first try, we shouldn’t start until July at the earliest because that would be an April baby and almost a 2 year gap between kids. It won’t be that easy though. My cycles since being PP are so out of whack still so I see it being a little harder this time. I don’t want a newborn at the time of this wedding but I don’t care about being very pregnant. When would you start? Considering it could take a couple tries, do you start now? Or would you wait for the July minimum start date if heaven forbid you were successful first try? There’s no way to tell what will happen. But given the feelings listed, I’m curious what others would do in this situation. Thanks!
