Irregular periods

Had my period may 8 2024 and now spotting since may 27 2024 today is the 3 day and still light spotting I don’t know what to think because sometimes I will bleed in between my periods but to the point where I would need a pad and usually when I start spotting it comes down the next day !….this time is staying light pink/brown …….i don’t really know when I ovulated …..I took ovulation test may 18 2024 and it was positive took a pregnancy test on the 27 and was it was negative and so now im left wondering when should I test for HCG again 😭😭
