Possible twins..? Does it look like something else in there?

I’m 9 weeks pregnant, I had an ultrasound yesterday but she was very quick like I’m talking the whole ultrasound only lasted about 30 seconds literally not even a full minute. She just quickly played the heartbeat took a pic and video and was done. I see the baby but I’m not sure what that is above the baby..? I could only see it in one of the pics and in the video. Could there possibly be another baby and she just missed it because she was rushing so much or what could that be? I never saw anything like this with my previous pregnancies around this gestation. Is it maybe the placenta or umbilical cord or something? It won’t let me add the video but whatever it is is just as big as the baby.
