2 Months PP & possible period?

My sweet girl will be 2 months tomorrow! She is EBF baby & I ended up needing a C-section.

About 2 weeks ago I had some brown/light pink spotting with light cramps lasted for a single day and went away.

Currently on day 2 of this on/off spotting and I’m not sure if it’s my period, pp related or if it’s my pcos messing with me.

I don’t know if it’s OB worthy to contact or if it’s just normal!?
