Preeclampsia questions...

Yes, I am aware nobody can give medical advice over the internet, so I WILL be speaking with my doctor about this too. I know preeclampsia typically causes high blood pressure... But can it also cause drops in blood pressure too?? Because all day today... It's been running low, that's WITHOUT taking my medicine. (I skipped it bc it was running rather low...) Not low enough for me to go to the ER about it... But definitely dropping fast enough to make me dizzy and lightheaded. I don't know if that's normal or not... It did go high for about an hour earlier, then dropped again. I've been achy and feeling sluggish and drained all day, too. And a lot of cramping, especially in my back. For reference, I'm almost 36 weeks, diagnosed with preeclampsia, and being induced sometime next week. Setting up my induction tomorrow.
