What do I do..?

So I’ve been dating this guy for almost three years now and he’s literally the first person I’ve been with that actually respects my feelings thoughts and boundaries. And doesn’t really want anything in return(if you know you know). My problem is that, we’re both 23 I recently graduated but he still has a year left, and he says he wants to marry me but I have a feeling that he’s scared to tell his parents and my mom keeps pressuring me into telling him to you know just get into the engagement process. He says that he doesn’t believe in engagement but wants to marry me,but won’t get married until he has his own place, stable job and a high income. I get it I really understand but it’s just so much pressure on me because of how my mom tells me such thing like almost every week. I don’t know what to do I love him so much and I know that he loves me just as much I just don’t know how to handle this situation. I’m about to lose it.
