Absolutely not. Avoid direct sunlight and keep babe covered with sun hat and lightweight clothing/swimwear. They make long sleeve SPF swimsuits. I use that with a sun hat, and keep baby in shady area.

No sunscreen what so ever under 6m old. It literally takes just minutes for that stuff to absorb into the skin and get into the blood stream.
