I would guess this is a miscarriage based on this photo 
This looks really similar to my early miscarriages 
I’m so sorry you’re going through this 
You should try to get in for bloodwork 
There’s always a chance this could be a clot from a subchorionic hematoma so it’s best to get your hcg levels checked to see if they’re declining (which would mean a miscarriage)

Like the other ladies have said, definitely call your OB, this is not normal in pregnancy. It’s not a definite miscarriage it could be a bad hemorrhage/hematoma but the only way to know is to get in to be checked.
