Am i miscarrying?

I’ve ttc for 2 years and this is the 1rst pregnancy. I’m currently 6 weeks and yesterday morning i found this when wiping. I’ve cramps here and there but not severe. I’ve not been bleeding and i’m still not. Nothing in my panties neither but when i wipe i just see spotting (pink) it comes and go. This from the picture just happened yesterday…

I’m schedule for ultrasound on June 10th but i told my Ob yesterday and they said we’ll do ultrasound on the coming Monday to see what is happening but that higher chances are that we won’t be seeing much things since i’m still early. I’m nervous and wondering if this can be a miscarriage happening? Or can i be safe?
