Miscarriage?

I’m 11dpo period due in 3 days and have this today, have been having pregnancy symptoms for like 5 days. Tests all say negative but I’ve been using the cheap ones. We lost my daughter almost 8 months ago due to anencephaly so there’s definitely a chance my body would reject a neural tube defect baby but I so badly want a baby and have been trying for months, what do you guys think is this early period (I don’t normally have clots during my period) or miscarriage? And should I see my doctor or just leave it?
