I jad a scary pregnancywith twins and my mental.health really took a tole one me these 11 months after birth and im just feeling.better mentally andbi think my cycle was off this past month and i ended up pregnant during that time and i track...i dont jbow how this slipped... Is this safe after a c cection just 11 months ago and my scar is itchy at times and i dont know how well its heald to be streatched again...and how strong would the abdomen be....i dont know what to do i am stressed because this past preg really took a tole on me
