Chromosome issues?

I have two healthy daughters, 4 and 2! I've had two back to back pregnancies and both have chromosomal issues--first one I lost it at 13 weeks due to cystic hygroma (baby was swollen with no nasal bone, left ventricular was smaller) baby was not viable for life! Second one--currently still in at 21 weeks, found out baby has aortic hypoplastic with large SVD (basically narrow candy cane aortic with a large hole in the heart) and baby also has urinary tract dilation (kidney is swollen and potentially obstructed). With these two back to back issues, does it mean I'll never have a normal pregnancy in the future? Anyone have any insight or experience and went onto having a healthy pregnancy?
