I'm just wondering if people can give me advice and support.

My sister thinks she might be pregnant but doesn't think she is in the right space and time to have another kid.

She had unprotected sex about 3 weeks ago and her last period ended 22 may. She is currently 4 days late. She is coming to my house next week for a test and then next steps of going drs if she is.

I've had a miscarriage in the past and explained everything I experienced having a 10 week miscarriage and how it may be similar but as it's early on and it may just be a few pills. Any advice on what to expect? How can I support her, anything I can do apart for just being there for her.

She also already had quite severe heavy bed ridden periods, they suspect she has endometriosis. Don't know if this will affect having an abortion?

Also any support on help with her partner. Her first daughter is with her previous relationship and her current partner is quite exited about possibly having a child and already telling his family even though she has explained that she does not think she is ready yet. He did say that it is her choice but you could hear his disappointment in his voice. At the moment she is wanting support from me and to not tell him she is getting an abortion, but I've explained that it could cause arguments.

Any advice is gratefully received.
